Where are your sweaters made?
The majority of Ros Duke cashmere is proudly made in Dublin, Ireland where we have been working with the same artisan knitters from the very beginning. A select number of styles are made in small family-run knitting facilities located in Europe and Nepal, using more complex knitting machines while retaining the craft element of the process. to acquire one of these machines so Ros Duke can be 100% Made in Ireland. All our production units are committed to responsible manufacturing via sustainable low impact production.
Where is your cashmere from?
We use a fine gauge yarn from Loro Piana, the world's foremost cashmere company. Loro Piana’s superior cashmere fibers are sourced in northern China and Inner Mongolia before being expertly spun and dyed in northern Italy. They work closely with local communities and producers, pledging to protect and conserve the native cashmere goat species, the fragile ecosystem of Mongolia and Inner Mongolia, and to help maintain the region’s traditional culture.
How do I know which size is right for me?
Our styles come in Small, Medium, and Large sizes.

How often do you receive stock?
Our products are made to order from our knitters, with seasonal deliveries and added small batch drops through out the year of new styles and colours.
We only make a select number of pieces each season, so if you have your eye on something, don’t wait! To stay informed sign up for our newsletter. If you need something that isn't available online, please email us at info@rosduke.com and we'll do our best to meet your request.
How do I wash my Ros Duke sweater?
Ros Duke Cashmere garments are heirloom pieces and if taken care of properly your cashmere pieces should last forever.

Can I machine wash my Ros Duke sweater?
We do not recommend using a washing machine, as your knits could shrink.
A hand-wash is always best, however if you do choice to machine wash your cashmere, each item can be washed using a separate laundry bag, or pillowcase, on a gentle or handwash cycle at 30°C or lower in your washing machine. Use a wool detergent or baby shampoo and no softener.
You should also use a low spin setting, as this will help prevent pilling, and be careful not to wring the garment if squeezing out excess water.
Dry by laying flat at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. While still damp, reshape your piece if needed.

How can I stop my cashmere from pilling?
Pilling is a natural part of cashmere’s life cycle caused by the friction of the fibers rubbing together. There is no way of preventing pilling but you can easily remove it. Simply remove any pills with your fingers, which can be lovely and relaxing, or use a good cashmere comb like this one, to reveal the fresh fibres underneath.

Do you ship internationally
Yes. We ship via An Post (the Irish postal service) worldwide. All parcels are send via registered post, delivery is tracked and requires a signature. If An Post is unable to deliver your item, they will leave a delivery notification docket for you. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped and it is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?
Postage is €6 for Ireland and €10 for the rest of the world.
Additional items will be +€4.
Do I have to pay import duties?
Ros Duke ships from inside the European Union. So customs and import duties depend on your country’s trading relationship with the EU. For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is sometimes necessary to release the order from customs on arrival. As customs can vary from country to country we advise you check your own country’s import status if you are unsure.
By way of example;
EU member states (including the UK): No import duties
USA: No import duties on orders below $900 in declared value
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped using An Post (the Irish postal service) worldwide. All orders are dispatched 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. You will be provided with a tracking number that you can use to follow your orders progress.
Shipping times can vary, but here is rough guide:
Within Ireland – 1 - 4 days
From Ireland to Europe – 3 - 7 days
From Ireland to the rest of World – 3-14 days depending on your countries customs procedures & postal service delivery times.
Is a signature required for my package?
Yes. All parcels are sent via registered post, delivery is tracked and requires a signature.
Can I return an item?
You can return any item(s) for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of delivery date.

Will I be refunded the taxes/duties?
Ros Duke is unable to refund taxes/duties since it's the country to which the order is shipped that collects the taxes/duties.
How do I exchange an item?
Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges in our system at this time. You will need to go through the normal return process and purchase the item you prefer.
Does Ros Duke have any sales?
Yes! We understand how much our customers look forward to sales, so we have two a year. However we make a limited range of stock so sales are small and sell out fast.

Do you offer gift wrap?
Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping options at this time but all items will be delicately wrapped in Grey tissue paper.
